W. Franklin Pugh
- W. Franklin Pugh has practiced law in Northern Virginia since 1985. He is a graduate of Oral Roberts University (B.A. 1982) and the George Mason University School of Law (J.D. 1985). Mr. Pugh has concentrated his areas of practice to estate planning, as well as estate and trust administration, since moving his practice to Leesburg in 1989. He also works with general business clients and guardianships for incapacitated adults. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Loudoun County Bar Association. Mr. Pugh also serves as a Commissioner in Chancery for the Circuit Court of Loudoun County.
Mr. Pugh is a native of Smyth County, Virginia. He lives in Leesburg with his wife, Kathryn, and they have four children. Mr. Pugh has coached youth baseball and has been involved with youth speech and debate. He is an elder at Potomac Hills Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Leesburg.
