Ashley L. Tuite joined Gammon & Grange, P.C. in February of 2013 as an associate after graduating from The Catholic University of America's Columbus School of Law and spending a year in Copenhagen, Denmark. Ms. Tuite returned to the Gammon & Grange, P.C. team after previously serving as paralegal for the firm's Intellectual Property and Nonprofit sections in 2007-2008.

As an attorney, Ms. Tuite represents Gammon & Grange, P.C.'s small business and exempt organization clients in providing specialized counsel and comprehensive general counsel services regarding entrepreneurial ventures, legal risk management, federal tax exemption, constitutional matters, issues affecting religious organizations and churches, communications, intellectual property, and other corporate matters. Ms. Tuite also works for the firm's litigation section, which litigates in the areas of commercial law, business torts, intellectual property, constitutional law, employment law, trusts and estates, personal injury, worker's compensation, medical malpractice, and a wide range of matters affecting nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations.

As a law student, Ms. Tuite was actively involved in the Innocence Project Clinic, the Catholic Law Trial Team, the Law and Social Justice Initiatives Program, the Thurgood Marshall American Inn of Court and the Journal of Law, Philosophy and Culture. She also spent four semesters clerking at the United States Department of Justice in the Office of the Pardon Attorney, the Federal Bureau of Prisons and the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia, Felony Major Crimes Section. Through each of these experiences, Ms. Tuite continued her passion for advocacy and justice.

Ms. Tuite lives in Richmond, Virginia and travels regularly to the McLean, Virginia office. She and her husband, Tyler, have young children that keep them on their toes.
