Biography

Daniel D. Smith enjoys meeting with clients one-on-one, hearing their stories, learning their needs, and offering creative solutions to challenging problems. Mr. Smith is an expert in the fields of tax, trust and estate planning, probate, trust and estate litigation, general business and corporate law, and has published widely in legal journals in these specialized areas.
