Jennifer Kim Nguyen
Biography
Jennifer Kim Nguyen is Of Counsel at Gammon & Grange, P.C., advising nonprofits, small businesses, and individuals on matters involving nonprofit governance, entity formation, contracts, estate planning, and taxation.
Her work includes forming and providing counsel for 501(c)(3) organizations, handling business restructurings, and drafting a wide range of contracts. Jennifer has additional specialized experience with entity formation for international clients, probates, and estate planning involving wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, LLCs, and family partnerships with tax minimization and planning.
She previously served with the Legal Aid Society of San Diego’s Conservatorship Clinic in Probate Court and at the University of San Diego Federal Tax Clinic, where she represented low-income taxpayers in active disputes with the IRS. She continues to be a fierce and fearless advocate for clients navigating challenging tax situations, securing favorable IRS audit and collections resolutions.
Jennifer speaks conversational Korean and Spanish.
Personal Note:
I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area by Korean immigrant grandparents and parents. I have a black belt in taekwondo and enjoy hiking, traveling, and serving my community.
