Kenneth E. Liu helps businesses and nonprofits protect their intellectual property, including advising them on: trademark selection, registration, and enforcement, comprehensive branding strategies, negotiation of license agreements, litigation/dispute resolution, and management of international trademark portfolios. Mr. Liu also counsels clients on Internet, domain name, and copyright issues. Additionally, he helps to establish nonprofit corporations, apply for IRS 501(c)(3) tax exemption, and advises on compliance with federal and state nonprofit regulations.

Mr. Liu joined Gammon & Grange, P.C. in 2001. He counsels clients from a broad range of sectors including small businesses, small and large nonprofits, churches and other religious organizations.

Personal Note:

My wife and I live in northern Virginia with our two teenage boys. I’m an active member of St. Mary’s Orthodox Church and serve on the board of Good Samaritan Advocates, a faith-based program providing free legal help to low-income clients.
