Biography
Franklin Pugh has practiced law in Northern Virginia since 1985. His areas of practice concentrate on estate planning, along with estate and trust administration, since moving his practice to Leesburg in 1989. He also works with guardianships for incapacitated adults.
Mr. Pugh is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Loudoun County Bar Association and also serves as a Commissioner in Chancery for the Circuit Court of Loudoun County.

Personal Note:
I’m a native of Smyth County, Virginia. My wife Kathryn and I make our home in Leesburg, Virginia, and we’re the parents of four children. I’ve enjoyed coaching youth baseball and have been involved with youth speech and debate programs/ I also serve in the role of Elder Potomac Hills Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Leesburg.
